Clayton Hotel Galway

At Clayton Hotel Galway, I worked part-time for just over two years, starting as a Food and Beverage Assistant and later progressing to Conference & Banqueting Team Leader. In my role as a Team Leader, I oversaw conference and event operations, coordinated staff, and ensured high standards of customer service and food & beverage delivery. Before that, as a Food and Beverage Assistant, I supported daily restaurant and event service, built strong customer service skills, and contributed to smooth team operations.

Mandarin Oriental, Hyde Park, London

During my 6-month internship at the Mandarin Oriental, Hyde Park London, I worked in the breakfast department as part of my hotel management course at ATU Galway. In this role, I supported daily breakfast service, ensured high food safety standards, and delivered a five-star guest experience in a fast-paced luxury environment. While working there, I was honoured to receive the Colleague of the Month award in September 2024, recognising my dedication and commitment to exceptional service.

Radisson Red, Galway

I am currently working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Radisson RED Galway, where I oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, support staff training, and maintain high service standards. In this role, I ensure smooth shifts, assist with team leadership, and help create a welcoming and energetic guest experience that reflects the RED brand.
